Folder Watch

Event-driven watch pipeline with debounce and stabilization checks to avoid partial-file conversion.

Atomic Output

Writes to temporary files first, then renames, so incomplete JPEG files are not surfaced.

Tray-First UX

Minimal runtime UI with pause/resume, settings, recent logs, and bilingual labels (EN/JA).
